Returns + Information
If you'd like to return an item, please email us at info@somethingmag.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number along with details of the item(s) you'd like to return.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll reimburse your return postage costs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return postage for exchanges or returns due to sizing or change of mind.
For orders that qualified for free tracked shipping, a £3 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery cost.
Returned items must be sent back in their original, unworn, and resellable condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you're returning an order from outside the UK, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service. Please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods", as we cannot accept returns that incur customs duties or import charges.

Pre-Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order from your pre-order items.
